The record plays with a lovely rock sound of early Beatles recordings.
This is a first UK pressing on the Black / Yellow Parlophone label with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd" rim text and "Sold in The UK" print on the labels. Solid MONO and Garrod & Lofthouse printers credits.
It is pressed on original 1964 heavyweight vinyl.
This is an original 1964 FIRST pressing with XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N matrix marks.
Pressed with just about the earliest mothers stampers 1M & 3MT
COVER. Odd small laminate spider line. Name written on rear.
See photos for more detail.
Comes with original EMI Emitex inner sleeve
VINYL. Side one plays with a few soft tics on one track ONLY and then plays noiselessly for the rest of side one, NO crackle NO pops NO further tics NO background NO repeats NO jumps.
Side two has ONE bit of very short lived crackle. Not really surprising on a record that is nearly 60 years of age. There is a mark on "You Can't Do That" but it is non sounding.
VISUALLY. Lovely sheen with just the odd NON SOUNDING wispy trail. Any marks are NON SOUNDING
LABELS. As seen in the photos. Looks as if side 1 had a sticker that now has been removed.
Will come with a NAGAOKA anti static inner sleeve
I PLAY ALL MY RECORDS IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND DO NOT GUESS AS TO HOW THEY SOUND.
