This is a various artists, autographed vinyl LP record signed by actress Gloria DeHaven (1925 - 2016) called, "Ben Bagley's De Sylva, Brown & Henderson Revisited."     It is on Painted Smiles Records, release number PS 1351 STEREO.    It is signed on the front cover by Gloria DeHaven with the short note "Fondly."   The autograph is not personalized    The vinyl itself by visual inspection only, appears to be in excellent condition.   The cover is in excellent condition.  The autograph is very clear and easy to read.
