I would not list this as new because there is wear to the outside, but the record itself has never been played (I bought it for decoration, the vinyl itself has been touched a few times but there should be no skips or damage). I do not have a record player to confirm there is no damage, but considering I have never used it I do not imagine there is any. There is some scratching and creasing on the outside which is all shown in the images. The poster is a bit bent, but I put it back in the sleeve and hopefully it flattens out. Comes with static free sleeves inside of the regular sleeves
