NEIL’s HEAVY CONCEPT ALBUM original UK LP from 1984 (WEA 240 524-1). Neil was the character on the famous British TV series THE YOUNG ONES played by NIGEL PLANER. Comes with original red innersleeve and insert (parodies of THE BEATLES Sgt. Pepper sleeve artwork). Featuring DAVE STEWART (legendary keyboardist for UK CANTERBURY bands EGG, KHAN, HATFIELD AND THE NORTH, NATIONAL HEALTH, etc.) and members of GONG, LEVEL 42, etc. Features cover songs as well as originals and spoken words. Includes: Hole in my shoe, Hurdy gurdy man, My white bicycle, Golf girl, etc. Sleeve is G (has water damage on bottom half which also affected the innersleeve and inserts. Record is VG (has scuffs and light marks, no bad scratches).
