The vinyl albums and T-Shirt that you receive are, at the very least, in equal or better condition than those found in the stock images you see in the listing today. (Hey, it was easier than taking the pictures myself...) The 2 record collections are entirely BRAND NEW, shrink-wrapped and sealed from the press, untouched, and free from flaws. 
As for the Red Tour T-Shirt, it is a Unisex XL, but I'm a guy that normally wears a size Large and since a few years back when an eBay seller accidentally sent me an extra shirt, I can attest to the fact that the one that I wear fits me without feeling like I'm swimming in it. Honestly, it's just right. I think you'll find that it will adapt to most people so long as they're not super petite. Also, this "extra" shirt that I'm selling here today is completely unworn and new without tags. I only took it out of the bag long enough to determine what size they had sent me.
