Cocteau Twins "Head Over Heels" 1983 U.K. vinyl album 4AD CAD 313. Includes inner. Please see pics and use zoom for close ups.

The record has a couple of very light surface marks from the inner,  still like new shiny and in excellent condition. There's only minor spindle marks, this clearly hasn't been played much at all.  

The cover has a small top seam split - see close up pic - and minor shelf wear, still in very good condition. Inner is split-free and in near mint condition.
