Unfortunately there is no insert.
The sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some minor buffering to thre corners & minor ringwear is visible on the front & rear. There are a couple of little marks above the band's heads on the inside cover.
The vinyl is in VG+ condition. Occasionally some light noise can be heard between tracks.
