Item is brand new and factory sealed as shown in photos.
The cardboard sleeve does show some wear in the form of corner creasing (some rather large (mostly visible from back), dings. The record inside is untouched and unscathed.
This is an extremely rare item (only one on eBay at the moment), that never comes up for sale.
