I would grade this as

Sleeve : EX -

Hardly any wear.

Slight aging to white back.

Lovely condition for age.

Record : EX -

Comes in original correct inner sleeve

Looks nice and glossy.

A few surface/sleeve removal marks.

but please study the photos - they are of the item for sale - and judge for yourself.


The record would probably benefit from a clean but I’ll leave that to the new owner.
