Wichita Fall - Life is but a dream
Nice slice of psych pop from 1969 – this is the original mono UK 1st pressing on the blue Liberty label, and it's a really decent copy.
Fully laminated sleeve is in excellent condition with a nice clear readable spine and no significant wear of note.
The vinyl is bright and glossy with one or two marks and hairlines. It plays through well with a little surface noise noticeable in quieter moments and the occasional soft tic – I've graded it conservatively at VG+ but I think it's better than that.
The Liberty labels are in really nice condition with no wear, writing or damage and grade Excellent.
The vinyl comes in a poly lined Decca sleeve from the era, which has one small tear but is otherwise in excellent shape.
Excellent album - good harmonies - occasionally baroque orchestration - and some nice psych touches.
Nice to find a mono copy as the few around are generally stereo.
