I would grade this as

Very little wear.

Nice example.

Inner Sleeves : EX -

Some rippling.

No rips or splits.

Record : EX

No marks on vinyl that I can see.

Nice condition.

but please study the photos - they are of the item for sale - and judge for yourself.

The record would probably benefit from a clean but I’ll leave that to the new owner.
