I am not a professional grader, so I will describe this item as best I can using my own eyes and ears. The cover has some shelf wear and some fading. The edges have some wear. The inside sleeve is faded and creased. I have taken pictures from all angles so you can see for yourself. The record has been cleaned with the vinyl buddy system and the discwasher system. The record played all the way through with no skips. Some surface noise can be heard , but mostly only noticeable on the quiet parts between songs. There are a few "pops" that you can hear mostly at the beginning of side 2. To my ears it sounded good for such a vintage album.
