This Billy Joel Kohuept C2X 40996 vinyl is sealed. The only minor flaw is the hole punch through the sleeve. Please see the pictures for quality of the sleeves. This vinyl is a great find for anyone Billy Joel fan! Due to this vinyl being sealed I am unable to give any further information on this vinyl. Thanks.
