NEAR MINT CONDITION SLEEVE - The sleeve has dents in 2 of the corners (see pictures), but otherwise seems fine as there are no seem splits, dents, blemishes or other visible damage.
MINT RECORDS - As the sleeve is sealed, the records inside is assumed to be mint condition.
I pack all records in heavy duty media mail cardboard boxes with additional padding and/or outer sleeves if necessary. All records are stored in a pet-free and smoke-free home.
