Friday Night Plans - Plastic Love 7-Inch Limited Edition Vinyl Record - Mariya A.Plastic Love B.Inst. Covers of City Pop's popular songs have been frequent over the past few years. This version is representative of outstanding quality, as evidenced by its 2.2 million views on YouTube. This is the first song to be written entirely in Japanese by Friday Night Plans, a Tokyo-based music project.
- The project is led by Masumi, who has a Japanese father and a Filipino mother.
Tepppei, who also produced Hikaru Utada's "Too Proud featuring XZT, Suboi, EK (L1 Remix)," was in charge of producing this song. The long-awaited 7-inch version of Friday Night Plans' unique hybrid sound has been released. It was produced from the perspective of "what if this song had been recorded in 2018," respecting the original taste of the song.
