I’m not a Beatles expert so here’s the details:

* Original UK album issued in 1966 with laminated sleeve
* With small ‘mono’ print on sleeve.
* On Black and Yellow print PARLOPHONE PMC 7009 MONO
* Grooved label.
* “The Gramophone Company……….” print on the label
* With “Sold in UK Subject to”…………” print on the label
* Tax code K and T letters are embossed on Side Two label.

* With “Dr. Robert” print on label and sleeve.
* Side One Matrix number XEX 605-2
* Side Two Matrix number XEX 606-2
* Tri-‘Flipback’ sleeve
* Sleeve printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd

The record has some light marks and pops are audible on run in and quiet parts. Cleaned on my vinyl machine it plays very well and the music cuts through fine.
The sleeve has small creases & small scuff on top edge. No rips, splits or writing.
