CAPTAIN BEEFHEART & MAGIC BAND SAFE AS MILK pye 67 mono Lp   PYE NPL 28110 A-1G B-1G matrix numbers ,   very hard to find Lp..with nice audio. THE SLEEVE , made in the uk by garrod and lofthouse , is in vg condition , generally pretty decent shape , some wear on top right hand corner but otherwise very good condition , fairly clean rear , THE LABELS   original 1st press light blue pye labels are pretty clean , no writing , some spindle marks , at least very good condition. THE VINYL very thick pressed vinyl is visually Very good to very good +, Has some scuffs and fine polishing scuffs viewed under a strong lamp , but generally in nice shape.   AUDIO is great , very full bodied dynamic reproduction , no jumps no sticks , no nasty clicks , there is very little if any musical distortion , athough there is some slight surface noise noticable during the quieter parts ,          the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies

 For accurate grading  visual and play grade (like all my records)

this record has been professionally cleaned using an

okki nokki cleaning machine

 

( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and

finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix

 

the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound

the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
