International Shipping Details: Important information for our international customers- please read!

While First Class Mail International (FCMI) service from the US Postal Service is the cheapest shipping option out there please consider the following:

1. FCMI parcels usually take 7-10 days, but may take up to 30 days (or more!) to arrive in your country.

2. FCMI parcels cannot be tracked once we’ve dropped them off at our local post office. The USPS package number that we send to you when your order ships is NOT a tracking number.

3. All international parcels must pass through the customs office in your home country. While we have no way of contacting customs to check on your package status, we’ve found it helps if you provide us with your telephone number and email address at checkout to be included on your parcel’s customs form. Also please remember that the buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that your home country customs office may charge.

4. In over 15 years of sending parcels internationally we’ve only had a tiny percentage fail to eventually arrive. However no delivery service is 100% reliable, and the best ways to avoid potential trouble in-transit are either to purchase third-party insurance such as Endicia (we can arrange this for you!) or to choose expedited shipping options such as Priority or Express Mail International.

Worldwide (except Canada) via USPS First Class Package International: $16.00 for 1st 12”/LP; $3.00 each add’l (up to maximum package weight of 4lbs or 2.27kg). Double packs count as 2 items, triple LPs count as 3 items and so on. Orders over 4lbs (2.27kg) in weight must ship via USPS Priority Mail international. We will send you a combined shipping invoice!

Canada via USPS First Class Package International: $12.00 for 1st 12”/LP; $3.00 each add’l, up to maximum package weight of 4lbs (2.27kg) Mixed shipments of 12”/LPs and 45s: prices start at $15.00 via USPS First Class Mail International and depend on total package weight. We will send you a combined shipping invoice!

Return Policy

You may return all unused items purchased at Save The Records within 14 days of the original delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs if it is our error. Incomplete returns, or used products not in new condition will be assessed restocking fees depending on condition and Save The Records'ability to remarket the returned product. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Damaged Items

All damage claims must be reported within 72hrs of delivery otherwise return shipping will not be supplied by Tasty Treats. All Damaged Items will be replaced unless the product is no longer available Refund Requests for damaged items will be charged 10% restocking fee. All Refund Requests will be Charged A 10% restocking Fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

How To Avoid Restocking Fees: Full return credit is applied to any return that meets our return policy guidelines.
