Visually graded condition of disc: Near Mint  A few light paper scuffs but that's it. Has never touched a turntable.     

Condition of Sleeve:  Corners are lightly dinged. Light rings only noticeable because it's white. No splits or writing. Great shape
for being 40+ years old. See pics.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
