I'm grading as VG- (I think some sellers might squeek this up to VG). The 45 has many light marks but nothing you can get a fingernail into, which is consistent with living most of it's life without a sleeve I think. Records as we know are highly resilient however ! This plays very well as you can hear with some background noise and is a nice DJ'ing copy. Labels are clean - no writing or stickers etc but have some wear as you can see. Grading Scale:

M = Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.

NM = Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record. 

EX = Still a very nice record,  some light signs of wear, but will have full gloss and will pay without surface noise                                                                                        
VG+ = Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. will play through, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.                                                                                  
VG = Still a nice record. Looks  used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.                                                                                                      
VG- =  Well used record, quite a lot of scratches, still plays reasonably with surface noise.                                                                                                                            
G = Plays but rough. Has multiple scratches.
