Comes with printed innersleeve (some crinkling and wear).
MEGAFORCE Records original U.S. pressing - MRI 769
Sleeve condition = EX; still in original shrinkwrap - some tears to shrink, residue of old price sticker on shrink
Record condition = VG; very nice overall, but has edge warp that may effect play on some turntables (played it on Technics direct drive turntable and it was fine)
