The Violin: Vol. 5

Masterfully performed by Canadian violinist Hyman Bress and released in 1963, this is the fifth and final album in a series "primer" on the violin. Detailed liner notes include a history of the violin's evolution, dating as far back to the Egyptian lyre, and information on each song, as well as a list of composers who wrote important works for the violin. Liner notes also include an essay by Bress, "The Role of Electronic Music in Relationship to the Violin."

USED LP

Cover grade: VG++ very light ringwear

Disc grade: EX Beautiful shiny disc.

I use conservative “Goldmine” grading standards. I only rate discs NM that I know have not been played by me or anyone else. I have to rate "promos" that have cut corners, saw cuts or gold stamps as VG+ even though the covers are otherwise NM or sealed. I note any additional condition problems in my descriptions.

I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.
