Miles Davis (with Red Garland, Paul Chambers, John Coltrane, Philly Joe Jones) WORKIN’ Prestige 7166, recorded 1956. Mono Black and Yellow label. Minorly hissy pressing, but largely free of play wear. Two A-1 clicks sound for 3 rev.s each, may be removable. Disc plays very sharply NM on both sides—stipulating as above that it’s got a low-grade case of Prestige Syndrome. Jacket is hard glossy laminated: very handsome, with almost no flaws to the front surface. One corner of the spine is going white; one small retail rubber stamp on reverse.
Here’s the fifteenth of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well. Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence. Combined shipping available within reason.
