Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for: Van Morrison – The best of – RARE Vinyl LP album from 1990.

Vinyl Condition: G/VG (The record has a lot of light marks, light scratches etc but nothing major. There is light surface noise and some pops, clicks and ticks in places but overall the record plays great with nice sound quality and is a pleasure to listen to).

Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Inner sleeve has an approx. 5cm split but is otherwise ok). 

Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Sleeve has a large approx. 7cm split to the bottom edge. On the back of the sleeve there is a very small white tear mark near the opening. Nothing major. Apart from this the sleeve is in very good shape.

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
