ATTENTION: New, factory-sealed records are not returnable due to defects. If you claim to have received a defective lp from me you can send it back and it will be tested on 3 different turntable models. If there is in fact a defect, a new replacement record will be ordered for you. We will open and inspect the lp before shipping it to you and refund the postage from the returned record. If the returned lp plays fine on all 3 turntables then you have two options. One is to send us the postage to return the lp to you, or accept a 50% refund of your original purchase price and we will relist the record as used. I have been selling records for over 20 years and only twice have I ever seen a brand new record that was defective. One was warped and the other had an overlapping groove. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy this record. In the last two year I have sold over 400 lps to some very satisfied customers but I have to deal with a few people who attempted to scam me. This is reason for this new policy regarding new vinyl.
