Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

 

 

 

This is an auction for: Tracy Chapman – Tracy Chapman S/T – Vinyl LP album from 1988.

 

A1, B1 (First Pressing)

 

“MASTERDISK” etched into run off groove.

 

 

 

 

 

Vinyl Condition: G (Lots of  light marks and light lines but nothing major. There are a couple of light clicks to the start of “behind the wall” but this soon clears up. There is the odd light click/pop but overall the record plays great with lovely quality).

 

Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Inner sleeve has creases but is ok).

 

Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (There is a small hole slightly left of the middle which also affects the reverse of the sleeve. Nothing major. Some general light wear but overall good condition).

 

 

 

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

 

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
