JACO' was the official film of RSD 2014 and tells the story of Jaco Pastorius, a self-taught, larger-than-life musician who changed the course of modern music. Never-before-seen archive unveils the story of Jaco's life, his music, his demise, and the lasting victory of artistic genius. Directed by Stephen Kijak and Paul Marchand and produced by Metallica bassist, and Pastorius fan Robert Trujillo. The bonus CD includes tracks from Robert Trujillo's band Mass Mental, made exclusively for the RSD version of the DVD, and includes music recorded for the film intercut with Jaco's voice as transition

Friendly Return / Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days!

To return an item please call 212-695-3953. Unopened items will receive a full refund minus shipping charges (even if the item qualified for free shipping). All other returns must be in like new / saleable condition. Opened items will incur an 18% restocking fee plus any shipping charges we incur. Refunds are issued when the item is received in saleable condition.

Please note, no returns for records or needles.

Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped brand new and factory sealed.

We are an authorized dealer for all merchandise that we sell. Rest assured that in addition to our return policy, you are protected by the manufacturer's full warranty.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Most orders are shipped same or next business day, but please allow up to 5 days handling time. Most orders above $100 will be shipped within the continental US for FREE! We are happy to combine orders to help you qualify for free shipping. Please note, there are a few exceptions in the case of very heavy items such as large DJ cases and speakers. If you're not sure, please contact us.

International Shipping

We are pleased to ship worldwide! Please use the shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs by country. Shipping times are not guaranteed and transit time is the responsibility of the carrier. While rare, we cannot be held responsible for border or customs delays.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item / shipping cost!

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

DO NOT REFUSE A DELIVERY! If you have an issue contact us and we accommodate you whenever possible.

Any refused or undeliverable item will be subject to a 18% restocking fee plus all outbound and return shipping charges and fuel surcharges we incur. This policy includes - but is not limited to - refusals for items the customer wants to cancel after an item has already shipped; refusals of delivery to avoid paying import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customer's government; refusals because customer no longer wants an item or purchased it elsewhere; undeliverable items due to missing or incorrect information provided by the customer; packages not received after 3 delivery attempts; packages unclaimed at the UPS local office This policy applies whether an order qualified for "free shipping" or not.

Refused items will be refunded minus the fees outlined above after item is received in new/unopened condition by our store, or when shipped directly from the manufacturer, at the manufacturer's shipping facility.

 

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Please double check the shipping address before you complete your order. If the shipping information you provide is incomplete or incorrect (ie. missing or incorrect apartment or suite numbers, missing floor, when applicable), we will be charged a fee by USPS. The fee to correct the shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
