I have for sale a NEAR MINT STILL SEALED in original plastic 33 RPM CLASSIC ROCK LP record album by DAVID BOWIE titled "NEVER LET ME DOWN" released in copyright 1987 by EMI. This release is on the EMI record label PJ-17267     P1901R

There are no saw cuts or cut off corners on the record jacket. There is a small hole punched through the top right corner of the record jacket. There is a split in the top edge of the shrink wrap that is approximately two inches in length. There is a tear in the top right corner of the shrink wrap, approximately one inch in length. There are a couple of holes in the front of the shrink wrap (approximately1/4 inch in diameter) made during manufacturing. There is an impression of the circular edges of the album on the record jacket. The shrink wrap is nice and tight with only minor wrinkling. There is a promotional sticker attached to the front of the shrink wrap. The LP is new and never removed from the jacket and has certainly never been played.

Song titles are:  DAY-IN DAY-OUT, TIME WILL CRAWL, BEAT OF YOUR DRUM, NEVER LET ME DOWN, ZEROES, GLASS SPIDER, SHINING STAR (MAKIN' MY LOVE), NEW YORK'S IN LOVE, '87 AND CRY, TOO DIZZY, BANG BANG.

NOTE:  YOU CAN BE ASSURED THAT SINCE IT HAS THE ORIGINAL SEALED SHRINK WRAP,  THIS LP HAS NEVER SEEN A NEEDLE AND HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED.  Some of the conditions of the shrink wrap and jacket condition varies and is described as best possible above.  In EVERY case, the LP record itself should be in MINT condition...our ratings will apply to the condition of the shrink wrap and noticeable imperfections to the underlying jacket.  For those that we categorize as MINT, that would indicate no imperfections to the shrink wrap or underlying jacket.  Others with slight imperfections will be categorized as Near Mint or Very Good.  Some of my sealed album offerings will have a notch, saw cut, chopped corner, or punch hole in the jacket and shrink wrap indicating that it was a manufacturer cutout ....we will clearly indicate those in our description above.  If there is no mention of this, then rest assured that it does not have any of these imperfections.  The pictures shown are of the actual record album (front and back)....with the pictures from my large scanner that covers very nearly the entire album....it will only miss about 3 tenths of an inch on one side as my scanner is a 11.7 inch X 17 inch version and an album is 12 inches X 12 inches.

Note:  Some LP albums are repressings of the the original.  Sometimes it is difficult to research this to complete accuracy, but we are including the record number and manufacturer whenever it is listed on the jacket for your own research.  In general, the original pressings are a more valuable collectible, so it is wise to research the specific record number to determine a more accurate value.  Do not be overly influenced by the values shown in many of the pricing guides like the recent 4th edition of Goldmine's Record Album Price Guide as it shows values for Near Mint LP's only...and that would be a value for a USED and PLAYED opened LP album.  My offerings are for SEALED and never played albums which are worth much much more as a collectible (at least in most people's minds)...and if you are actually going to open and play the records purchased, it would insure that there will be no scratches or other imperfections to the vinyl that would negatively alter the sound quality.

NOTE:  ALL RECORDS WILL BE SHIPPED WELL PROTECTED IN CARDBOARD  so as to minimize the opportunity of damage in the postal system.   All items include delivery confirmation and insurance at no extra charge.  All records will also include a protective plastic sleeve for further protection and storing of your valuable collectible album.
