Cover is in VG++ condition (no splits at all, light wear and few small stains on front cover, few corner dings) and record is in VG++ to NM condition (few light paper scuffs - visual grading). INCLUDES LYRIC SHEET IN GREAT CONDITION (one or two small, light stains, few wrinkles from handling and storage, no rips or tears).
