Side A features “White Walker,” which was released digitally last winter as part of the Game of Thrones mixtape Catch the Throne: The Mixtape, Volume 2. The track was commissioned by the show’s producers when the band members appeared on the show as extras. Welsh illustrator Richey Beckett designed the artwork, which was inspired by the show.

The B-Side features an a cappella version of “White Walker” sung by drummer Brann Dailor. This exclusive version of the track is essentially the original demo which he recorded onto his iPhone as he was composing the song inspired by his love of the show and articulating his musical vision of the White Walker. This is the blueprint which would ultimately manifest itself into the A-side.
