PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.
OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.
We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
Thank you for your interest and support.

INSANELY RARE! 100 COPIES, NUMBERED, 1969 SONOBEAT ORIGINAL!
COPY #55 of 100 numbered ... 100% investment collectible, will only spiral upwards in value as the days go by....
=> A true classic, this is one dirty, dangerous, and visionary album.
Original released on small Austin, TeXas label "Sonobeat Records" in a small pressing of 100, Winter sold the rights to Imperial Records for wider release. We compared the Sonobeat pressing to the Imperial Records pressing and the Sonobeat issue is superior, the tunes LEAP out of the grooves, very intensely wired....
Original 1969 first pressing by far the rarest Johnny Winter album and easily one of his best when inspired for recognition to achieve level as one of the true guitar champions...
The Sonobeat pressing remains one of the rarest, by far, '60s pressings from the fertile Texas hotbed of garage, rock & blues recordings ...
This was Winter's first album, recorded in 1968 in raw trio guitar format - one of his best.
Although his early Columbia albums brought him worldwide stardom, it was this modest little album (first released on Imperial before the Columbia sides) that first brought Johnny Winter to the attention of guitar-heads in America. It's also Winter at the beginning of a long career, playing the blues as if his life depends on it, without applying a glimmer of rock commercialism. The standard classic repertoire here includes "Rollin' and Tumblin'," "I Got Love if You Want It," "Forty-Four," "It's My Own Fault," and "Help Me," with Winter mixing it up with his original Texas trio of Red Turner on drums and Tommy Shannon (later of Stevie Ray Vaughan's Double Trouble) on bass. A true classic, this is one dirty, dangerous, and visionary album.

CONDITION: The cover: custom produced & numbered (#55 of 100 made) ... the white backing cover with block printing is subject to dirt and soil, this is one of the best survivors known, is approximately rated: "EX" (excellent) and would have rated M- but for light sticker removal mark at top right (very minor) see photo... the "white" cover remains very white without the dirt and soil that would normally & understandably be there. 100% investment collectible, will only spiral upwards in value as the days go by....
The vinyl: shines over both sides, rated: VG++ has only very few light scuffs, nothing deep, inner sleeve paper type & finger-nail type top surface, predominately CLEAN over both sides, and plays with extremely minty audio. Carefully play graded and performed to top level. Overall this is a solid ultra rarity -- one that would be more than difficult to find any better ... . both custom designed SONOBEAT labels are spotlessly clean (see photo)
A cool addition to anyone's music library!
