Small items will be sent by Royal Mail.

Large items will be sent by a next day courier.

      Terms and Conditions, Guarantee and Returns.               All auction and buy it now items come with a 14 day peace of mind guarantee against defects and being not as described.

        We offer this guarantee for all of our sales. In the unlikely event an item has a fault that has not been listed in the item description we will issue a refund or replacement item.

        Any claims must be reported to us within 5 days of you receiving the item and the item must be returned within 14 days.

        It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage which will be refunded once any claim has been confirmed. All returned items must be packaged securely and we must receive them within the 14 day time-frame. We advise that you return items using a postal service that will give you a tracking number and will guarantee delivery within this time-frame.

                       We aim to be fair to our customers and ask the same from them. This guarantee does not give anyone the right to return items because they changed their minds, nor does it allow returns if you have not read the auction description correctly. If we decide to allow a return outside these conditions there will be no refund of carriage and a restocking fee will apply.

        If you win an item we expect you to pay for it, if you do not pay we will open a non-payment case to recover the fees you have cost us. Don't complain if you force us to do this.
