  2001: A Space Odyssey Description This auction is for a used vinyl record LP of 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick. It was released in 1968 by MGM Records (S1E-13 ST X). The gatefold jacket shows only minor wear. The record itself is free of scratches that cause skips or problems. If you are looking for a mint copy, this is not it. However, if you are looking for a good copy to listen to, then look no further. I'm not a professional record dealer, just an enthusiast. My ratings might not be as accurate as a professional's, but I try my best to rate them as accurate as possible. This is from my personal collection and it comes from a smoke-free home.
