Text ‘Sold in UK Subject to Resale’ etc, ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ etc, ‘Made in Gt Britain’. ‘First Pressing’ of this classic masterpiece. Label is Beautiful clean and attractive examples that show hardly any spindle marks at all.. No wear around the hole area. Both clean and fresh looking and clearly little handled with hardly any traces of fingermarks. Matrix Numbers: XEX 637-1 / XEX 638-1 Stamper (3 7 ARM,3 RHR) This is a complete copy: the labels meet the recognised criteria to be a ‘first pressing’ but that is a lose term. The cover is very strong and fresh and has few blemishes only. The original ‘Patents Applied for’ psych inner is included and again its a good one only some very light creasing . The insert of course is included in Excellent condition. The record visually is shinny and clean and sounds excellent with very very few light clicks on couple of thin passes. Cover Grade and Format: Graded as EXCELLENT PLUS a gatefold format, laminated all over (including the centrefold). Two huge flipback on the top of the inner. This has the original PMC 7027 MONO cover number. Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. A nice example of what is arguably the most famous cover ever made, this looks terrific. Shows some light laminate wear on the spine edge spine is perfect, beautiful and readable, and some light creasing Inner Gatefold: perfect Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: Both Sides are perect looks like EXCELLENT PLUS but lets call Excellent better.only some light paper scuffs and couple of hairline scratches observed under 120 watt light, cannot hear nothing in my deck!.. A perfect visually and partly by listening inspected copy Shiny, jet black and very heavily pressed, this record looks really amazing. Sound Excellent at least to my ears (I have listen it with head phones and I heart only very few very very light clicks per side) has only couple of very minor papers scuffs per side visible only in very strong light.
