My discs could be Retail, BMG or Columbia House editions, they could also have promo punches or marks, if this is important information to you, please ask before you purchase, I will not take returns for this reason. Most of my CDs are complete with front and back inserts and cases, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes cases are damaged in shipping, I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in shipping. PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept PayPal payments. Payment is due within 10 days. If you need further time. please contact me through ebay's message system. I will send a payment reminder after 5 days. PayPal eChecks must clear before shipping. eChecks from US Customers generally clear within 3 or 4 business days, sometimes longer. eChecks from International Customers may take 10 days or MORE. No items will ship until payment is completed. We realize that some people make mistakes about purchasing items or change their minds after the fact. That is not a problem with us. SHIPPING & HANDLING I ship within 48 hours of receiving the proper payment for your package. However, I DO NOT ship on Sunday OR Postal Holidays! Domestic orders will be shipped via First Class Mail or Media Mail. All items weighing over 1 lb will be shipped Media Mail. Media Mail can often be slow; customers are asked to remain patient. You will be notified of the day of shipment with a tracking number for domestic orders only. ALL International Orders ship via First Class International and do not come with tracking numbers. All of my items ship in either padded envelopes or boxes. Priority shipping is available for a fee, please let me know so I can give you an accurate quote.

Shiny and free of visible defects. Nearly perfect.

It looks like it just came from the store and was opened for the first time. Nearly perfect.

 

 (EX) Excellent (or sometimes referred to as VG++)

Light scuffs or scratches that do not affect play.  Very minor defects such as marks around the spindle hole may be present.

There may be very light creases or minor corner wear/bends.  Promo or cut-out markings may be present.  NO seam splits.

(VG+) Very Good Plus

More scuffs or scratches that may have a slight affect on sound quality.  Defects are slightly heavier such as the spindle hole becoming slightly misshapen or light warps that do not affect play.  

Very faint ring wear or discoloration.  Creases and corner wear are heavier and more noticeable.  There may be a seam split on the bottom of less than one inch.

(VG) Very Good

Lack most of the original gloss. Groove wear is evident and scratches are deep enough to feel with a fingernail.  When played there is surface noise that is not overpowering the music.

Ring wear is becoming very noticeable and seam splits may be on all three sides.  Corners and seams show considerable wear and someone may have written on it.

(G) Good

Significant groove wear. Heavier scratches than VG. Plays without skipping but has much background noise.  Label is well worn.

Significant ring wear, seam splits and considerable or heavy writing, markings or stickers.  The cover is considerably used and abused.
