SLEEVE is VG++ condition with slight splitting  at centre of bottom edge but otherwise in nice condition. 
LABELS are nr MINT condition, 
VINYL is VG+ condition with some slight surface hairlines  & a few light scratches.  Plays pretty well. 
Has had a professional clean.  Item 641

For accurate play grading (like all my records)

This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable 

fitted with a Goldring stylus,

Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers 

that have superb response and definition on all frequencies.

With a Quad Amp set-up.

 For accurate visual grade (like all my records)

This record has been professionally cleaned using an 

Okki Nokki cleaning machine.

First clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and 

finished off with L?art du son / purified water mix.

The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have

 from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.

The l?art du son mix seems to smooth out any 

brittleness in the alcohol water mix.
