Fapardokly LP - FAPARDOKLY (UIP LP 2250)

Original 1967 U.S. MONO LP. Renowned album featuring MERRELL FANKHAUSER, post-THE EXILES. GREAT folk-rock/garage-psych, w/ a couple of Buddy Holly-inspired numbers tossed into the mix - all-in-all a SUPERB album. Vinyl in KILLER condition, appears to have been played once or twice, at the very most. Cover still in original shrink; too bad it was in a basement flood (or something) at some point in time. Back shrink is autographed by FANKHAUSER to 'Jim,' who appears to have bought this directly from MERRELL in 1999 - there is also a typewritten note from M.F. to Jim on FANKHAUSER letterhead enclosed, dated 7/26/99. (See pix.) An essential '60s LP, most definitely.

Disc = NEAR MINT- (SUPER HIGH GLOSS - only a few tiny, faint thin hairlines; played less than a handful of times, if even that many; sounds SPECTACULAR, w/ pretty much ZERO background noise & NO pops/clicks to speak of; a DYNAMITE listen)

Cover = see pix; in original tight shrink (w/ 2 small breathe holes on front); w/ NO ring/general wear WHATSOEVER on front; small, faint curling in bottom right corner on front, from getting wet; slight ring wear near top edge on back; staining along left & bottom edge on back, from getting wet; tiny diagonal crack in back bottom right corner; seams/spine = A-1; back shrink autographed by FANKHAUSER; any questions?, please ask
