Rare Steve Karman release for Pontiac Motor Company , a 7" EP Promotional record - Breakaway Theme issued as a 'promo only' to advertise their 1969 Widetrackin' Breakaway TV commercial for the GTO, LeMans, Grand Prix and Firebird line of cars.  The EP  features 8 different tracks of the Breakaway theme, the first being the  full version that was also issued on United Artists but titled "Big Band Jazz Rock", other tracks include Folk Guitar. Side 2: 1.60 seconds with lyrics  /  30 seconds with lyric  / 60 second Bossa Nova  / 60 second Madrigal  / 60 second background  /  60 second duet for guitars..  Condition is Good (4) some wear on labels, several scratches/surface scuffs. Some crackle/pops music blasts loud above.

Grading Scale:

10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.

9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.

8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.

7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.

6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.

5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.

4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!

3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
