Condition:
Cover is in beautiful condition, no significant signs of wear or age.  Front and back are clean, no ring wear or rubbing loss. Seams are nice, no splits.  Just a hint of age on back on left open edge.  Some light rub to title lettering on spine.  A nicely preserved copy.  Grade: a strong Near Mint Minus (NM-), much nicer than typical VG+ copies.

Vinyl is also nice, still retains much of its original shine.  Does have a few light marks and hairlines on both sides, nothing deep or serious--nothing that can be felt or that affects the quality of the playback, which is excellent.  Labels are clean, unmarked.

Play-Tested: The record sounds excellent, full-bodied stereo fidelity.  No significant distractions, no loud pops or skips.  Very nice record.  Grade: a strong Very Good Plus (VG+).
