This is NOS. These come from Dolly’s hometown here in Sevier Co., TN. Bought multiple copies in the original shipping boxes that were shipped from RCA to Porter Wagoner in Nashville, TN.
I don’t know what the white stuff is under the plastic itself. Came from being stored all these years. Not the most fantastic Sealed copy but the story is awesome and you know the record has never been touched.
