The outer sleeve is complete no rips or splits although it has some storage wear and some light creasing but still presentable  ..

The inner sleeve is not bad but sadly a 60mm split on the bottom edge..

Both the labels are clean with light spindle wear only..

The vinyl on both sides are in wonderful condition with the odd light surface line ..

This is a first pressing A1/B1 with TOWNHOUSE written in the run offs
