RVG is stamped in the dead wax. There is a Bergenfield, N.J. address on the labels. There is a deep groove under the labels.
The condition of the record is VG+, no scratches, minor scuffs, spindle wear. The cover is in VG+ condition, the bottom seam is split for 3 inches from the open edge. no holes or writing. Top seam and spine are intact.
