Blue Note Records BST 84061 (stereo) (made in USA) - Donald Byrd  - At The Half Note Cafe Vol. 2 LP.

This is a first deep groove pressing from 1961.  The "ear" and "RVG STEREO" are stamped in the dead wax. 

The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc. 47 West 63rd NYC"". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23, N.Y.".

The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches. The laminated cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no holes or writing. There are some tears on the front cover.  Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
