This is an original first pressing from 1964. The "ear" and "Van Gelder" are stamped in the dead wax.
The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc. New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches. The laminated cover is in Good condition, no seam or spine splits, no holes or writing. There is water damage to the lower part of the cover.
