SLEEVE is generally nr EX condition but has a split about  the third of the way along the top edge but  is not really noticeable until you try to open it. 
Pretty minimal ring wear for an American LP. 
Original Warner Bros INNER sleeve has a split all the way down 1 side  & has a cross written on the other side, worth mentioning. 

GREEN LABELS are stunning & nr MINT condition, 
VINYL is generally very nr EX condition with a couple of light scuffs,  1 surface hairline scratch but plays with breathtaking audio with  not really noticeable surface noise, very full bodied audio. 
Sounds fantastic! 
Has had a professional clean and has been housed  in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve  inside the original inner sleeve.  Item 708"

This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable 

fitted with a Goldring stylus,

Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers 

that have superb response and definition on all frequencies.

With a Quad Amp set-up.

 For accurate visual grade (like all my records)

This record has been professionally cleaned using an 

Okki Nokki cleaning machine.

First clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and 

finished off with L'art du Son / purified water mix.

The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have

 from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.

The L'art du Son mix seems to smooth out any 

brittleness in the alcohol water mix.
