FEEDBACK
NOTICE...
For all practical purposes we consider ourselves to have a
100% feedback rating - and hopefully so should you, despite the 9 negative feedbacks we disastrously just received.
We have had the
unfortunate experience of a notorious mean spirited (etc.) buyer who
purchased many of our weekly listings, when he suddenly became manipulative in handing out unwanted advice which moved
into relentless harassment - including threats to issue negative
feedback unless demands were met, as in to send him upgrades for
records he purchased, exclaiming unreasonable nonexistent issues, as
well as his amateur understanding of pressings and labels.
In his weekly bidding participation - he keeps the seller paralyzed over
his threats of negative feedback "if something is not met in his
demands."
We
came to a point where this buyer became so abusive using personal
attacks with foul language and insults, we declared, never again. He was
blocked from our listings. He went berserk, writing and phoning
stating 80 percent of our listings met his expectations -- untrue, in
reality he complained about everything unless it was upgraded - at our
expense -- then attempted to claw his way back to us to become
unblocked. When we refused to give in, he followed in a tirade issuing
us 9 negative feedbacks (the only negatives on our seller's
profile) declaring on each negative potential damaging untrue
statements about our merchandise and warning all buyers to stay away.
We have a have a distinguished reputation with eBay Records for the past
20 years -he is the only ONE who has made such false claims. Some of
the negatives given were for absolutely were MINT records, others were
SEALED and never
opened! This is 100% obvious blatant retaliation for his being
blocked, but it didn't end there.
Horrible
e-mails have followed after he issued the negatives, ridiculing and
gloating that he "got away with damaging our reputation on eBay", and
that his goal is to continue to contact eBay and twist their arm in an
attempt to get us banned from the site. He claimed he has contacts all
over the U.S. and they would continue his dirty work for him. Sure
enough, we have confirmed information
that a friend of his bid on one of our records to be handed over to the
blocked bidder. Because of that, we are anticipating more damaging
negative remarks. Now
there is an ongoing conspiracy concocted by this buyer in effort to
undermine us at all costs by using any measure - all because we had no
choice but to exercise our seller's right to block him.
Some
other sellers on eBay have contacted us stating the same issues occurred
with them by this same bad buyer. Others have contacted asking for his
IDs so they can avoid having to sell to this obvious problem buyer. We
were noted that he had 4 different alias ID's, with two of them being
suspended. Why he is allowed to keep his other two active is a total
mystery. In the words of one of the bad buyer's victims "I hope you guys
can get him removed off eBay." We are
in the process of working with upper management in eBay to rid this
parasite from causing further discord in an effort to protect ourselves
and the entire eBay community.
In the meantime, our plan is to continue our
eBay ID and weekly music service listings designed for all the many
great collectors who have supported our reputable hard work for the past
20 years on ebay.
We truly appreciate your continued support, and on our part will
continue to serve you and not allow this unscrupulous individual interfere with our love of supplying the world with the glue that holds us together....music.

USA - (yellow) EPIC RECORDS = LN 24003 - MONO
TOP COPY ....M- VINYL, PLAYS CLEAN !
Harder to find than one may think - haven't had but two copies with this cover in the last four years....
SOLID COLLECTION COPY - NO UPGRADE NEEDED!
*****The RARE WITHDRAWN ORIGINAL WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT GROUP COVER! = the vinyl in glorious MONO ...the MONAURAL release suits the gritty driving sound perfectly with the punchy (mono) production of the British Invasion, much different from stereo ....
...........................................................................................................
1964 MONO first pressing vinyl... the first album by the mighty DC-5 that thrust them next to the Beatles for the royal British crown of rock & roll ...
The Dave Clark Five's first album was a pretty exuberant slab o' vinyl that rocked pretty hard for the most part, paced by the three Top 10 singles "Glad All Over," "Do You Love Me," and "Bits and Pieces." It was a huge seller as well, peaking at number three and remaining in the charts almost as long as the albums by their chief competitors of the era, the Beatles. And it does have cool original songs that does not show up on their greatest hits: the solid pop/rocker "I Know You," the raucous Twist and Shout styled "No Time to Lose," and the surprisingly savage "Chaquita," an inversion of "Tequila" with its snaky, growling guitar riffs and dirty sax.
The Dave Clark Five released five albums in 1964, the first two releases coming only two months apart from one another. This first release, "Glad All Over" is their strongest long player from '64. The best track is the bombastic stomp and echo of "Glad All Over". Also worthy of mentioning is the chaotic "chain gang" backing vocals during the cover of "Stay" is certainly a highlight. But again the surprise of the album is the swampy jungle groove and rattlesnake shake in "Chaquita" that could have fit rather nicely into a Tarantino movie. Lastly, not forget the foot stompin' rock & roll injection: ‘Bits & Pieces’.

CONDITION: The cover: The thick cover is "EX (EXCELLENT), tight and solid all over, no concerning problems anywhere (see photo - collection worthy all the way!) ... there is a miniature staple mark at top left corner from where the store affixed their price tag with a tiny stapler (the way many stores did in the '60s) ... there are no split seams, no bends, no writing, no delete marks ...it's the RARE first issue cover that was quickly withdrawn and then re-released with a totally different cover....and its a nice artifact copy!
The vinyl: rated M- TOP COPY so looks great and plays with bold giant deep punchy quality - no groove wear ... both sides are strong - no problems, so expect the deep groove pressing to play in excellent audio zones...enjoyable. Both yellow Epic labels are clean
and that'd be count it...thugs at this location
