We are a charity eBay shop run by a small team of volunteers.  

We can normally only answer questions relating to listed items or sales during our opening hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm UK time, but will do our best at other times.

We are available through eBays messaging service. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and English public holidays. 

Most of our items are kindly donated by the public. We do try to research them as much as possible and describe them as accurately as we can. We are not experts in everything, so if you see a listing that you feel you could add important or interesting information to we would love to hear from you. Send us a message through eBay messages. 

If an item is listed as a BUY IT NOW that is what we believe it is worth so please don't ask us for a lower price.

100% of proceeds after payment of any eBay and PayPal Fees goes to St Teresa's Hospice in Darlington. 

In the event of a damaged or broken item, all original packaging must be kept and photos taken, if possible.
