Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Maxwell - Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite - RARE Original Double Vinyl LP album from 1996.
Vinyl Condition: G (The records have a lot of light surface marks, sleeve lines and a lot of light scratches which are mostly superficial. Overall both records play very well. There is some minor crackle but generally a good listen. Side 3 has a number of small marks which cause a number of little clicks and some minor pops in parts. Still enjoyable though. A few continuous clicks but it didn't spoil the album for me but may put off fussy listeners. Overall the record plays well with good sound. There is some crackle and some clicks and pops here and there but no sticks or jumps. A great album and a pleasure to listen to the original pressing).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG
Outer Sleeve Condition: Fair (The edges and corners of the sleeve are heavily worn. Corners are frayed. The opening edge of the sleeve has some rips and tears approx 2cm each and some fraying and wear. Spine is ok, the text is readable but there is some wear and scuffing to the spine. The front and back faces of the sleeve have a number of scratches and indentations from when someone has leant on the sleeve when writing. Lots of creases etc. Overall sleeve is worn but is intact).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
Cheers and happy bidding.
