PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no need to open a resolution dispute before working with us. Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SHIPPING: USA ~ 1 LP = $4.00 Media Priority rates vary by area; please inquire. 1968 POPSIKE GROOVES ALA The ZOMBIES - HOLLIES and IDLE RACE
<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
The famed GOLDEN EARRING(S) formed in 1964 and went through all the stages from beat-rock to underground psych to classic rock ... Initially they were known as 'The Golden Earrings', after this album in 1968, Miracle Mirror, they changed the name to 'Golden Earring' ...
1968's MIRACLE MIRROR took on a psychedelic pop-rock influence to create an album that stands alongside song-based classics like the Zombies "Odyssey And Oracle," The Small Faces " Ogden’s Nutgone Flake" and The Hollies’ "Butterfly."
The Earring moved into the heavier, harder rock territory soon after this release, a sound that would bring them big fame in the 70s! However in 1968, Miracle Mirror is a lot more tripped-out than their Lp's before -- less poprock & lyrical modes of the group's earliest hits -- and instead, a lot more moody numbers that really brood nicely on heavy bass-lines, fuzzy guitar, and some arch vocals sung in English (as always) throughout, despite the Dutch origins of the band. Why this one didn't rock the UK and US scenes bigger at the time is a mystery -- but the record's ripe for rediscovery now, and filled with great cuts!
