PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.   OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no need to open a resolution dispute before working with us.  Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.   Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. And so it begins... Frat garage/surf rockers and sumptuous ballads oxygenated by Brian's spellbinding arrangements are a nod to a world light years away from California’s teenage folly, summing up what is the cut off point from The Beach Boys of Murray Wilson's fiscal wet dreams into one of the greatest groups in musical history. In some cases, the vocal harmonies on "TODAY!" are closer to perfection here than even 'Pet Sounds' or 'Sunflower' - 'Kiss Me Baby', 'Dance Dance Dance' rocks as hard as any pre-1968 Beatles' letting down of the collective mop-top, meanwhile 'I'm So Young' showed The Beach Boys could blend harmony, humour, and pathos better than anyone at the time, save The Beatles...

1. Do You Wanna Dance - it works well as an opener. The intrumental break is superb, as is the way the track slows down and speeds up throughout.
2. Good To My Baby - Great lyrics and singing is only topped by the superb chorus, which bursts out of the song every time it is sung.
3. Don't Hurt My Little Sister - Great guitar lick and the singing from Mike Love in the versus is among his best. The chorus lets the song down ever so slightly.
4. When I Grow Up (To Be A Man) - The lyrics are among the deepest Brian would ever go; and they are so relatable. The way you can feel the anxiety as her bursts out the title is one of my alltime favourite musical moments. The only flaw with the track is that the brilliant coda should have and could have lasted forever ...
5. Help Me Ronda - A Beach Boys timeless classic...you know it, vibrant when you hear the original stereo version - here.
6. Dance Dance Dance - the energy of the song is superb. Find yourself singing along most times.
7. Please Let Me Wonder - Ballads don't come better than this. It has the trademark Wilson backing track and harmonies. Unlike most ballads that seem to only deal with breakups or love, this deals with something slightly different.
8 I'm So Young - A good song turned stunning by Brian's vocal. It is Wouldn't it be Nice, but with Brian in a worse mood.
9. Kiss Me, Baby - One of the best BB songs on the album. The lyrics are probably the best Mike Love ever wrote. They are song good that it is a mystery that Brian didn't consider his lyrics for Pet Sounds. The contrast between Mike's baritone and Brian's falsetto push this song into greatness.
10. She Knows Me Too Well - Lightning strikes for the 4th time. On a sidenote, the Velvet Underground copied the chord changes her in their song "There she goes again." If any rock fans needed validation on the Beach Boys there it is.
11. In The Back Of My Mind - One of the few Beach Boys songs without any backing vocals. It draws focus to Dennis's soulful voice. It wouldn't be too long before he would write songs like this himself.
